Can we tour the venue before it opens?

How do we reserve a date?

Dates are reserved directly with our events team. Send an inquiry or call us, and we will walk you through availability and next steps.

What does a wedding at The Manor cost?

Packages and pricing are available by inquiry. Reach out and our events team will send details for your date and guest count.

Are ceremonies indoors or outdoors?

Ceremonies are held indoors or in The Solarium, our indoor and outdoor ceremony space, so weather never gets in the way.

Can we bring our own caterer or alcohol?

Catering and bar service are provided exclusively by The Manor at Old Hawthorne. You are welcome to bring your wedding cake from an outside bakery.

Can we choose our own vendors?

Licensed vendors are welcome and must be reviewed and approved by our Director of Events. Our events team will share the approval process when you book.

Is there a day-of coordinator?

Facility coordination by our trained and seasoned event staff is included with every event.

What time does the event need to end?

All guests must depart by midnight.

Are there decor guidelines?

All decor is reviewed by your Manor sales associate and must be installed by a licensed professional. No taping, nailing or drilling on any surface. Candles must be enclosed in glass. Glitter, confetti, rose petals, fog machines and fireworks are not allowed.

Can we have a sparkler send-off?

Sparkler exits depend on the local burn ordinance and are allowed only when the Fire Marshal deems them safe. When allowed, you provide buckets of sand and remove all used sparklers at the end of the event.

Do you host events besides weddings?
